I just bought chicken gizzards to see if my tegu will like it for 2mm , I have a baby red is it safe to feed the gu chicken gizzards if I cut it in small pieces ? And does it give good calcium ?
Thanks a lot I'm going to try some of those , and the cod liver oil I see a lot of people use that is their a special kind or can I just go to the supermarket and pick whichever ?
Well I have had my tegu for about two weeks and he has eaten everyday and I see hes already getting bigger , the thing is he only eats ground turkey I tried feeding him blueberries , bannas and he doesn't seem to like it , is their anything I can feed my gu , or is he fine with just turkey ?
Well I need advice to have a peace of mind , I have a baby red I got in the daytona show but now were leaving our vacation home tonight and heading back to NY , it's about a 24 hour dive , I was ganna take him in a good size plastic bin with his bedding and hide in there would that be good...
Yeahh I seen that guys tegus also I was close to buying them because they were very tamed every last one of them but then I saw some baby reds with beautiful color and one had more red then the rest of them so that's who I took :)
I got my guy last week , he's a baby the 1st day he didn't eat but every since then he's been eating like a champ , I think it just depends of your gu , but goodluck hope to hear from you soon ![hr]
