What lizard is this?

Friend sent me this, and I'm curious what it is. My guess is an ameiva, but I'm by far no expert. It's definitely one of the cooler colored lizards I've seen.

The photo isn't the greatest, but going by the shape of the head and that colour pattern, not an Ameiva sp., I think Cnemidophorus murinus.

It's a picture of a laptop screen he said lol. He also had a picture of a green iguana wandering then streets. He sent me it weeks ago, so my memory may be wrong, but I believe it was taken in Aruba if that helps.
