Vitamin Supplements?

Because my Tegu is twitching and I just switched the coil uvb to tube lights, I want to do everything I can to make sure hes healthy.
Tonight I bought some vitamines at shoppers.
I bought:
B complex with vit C
Vit B1, 100mg
Vit A, 10,000 IU
D3, 10,000 IU
These are all Jamieson products and come in a small caplet that I would put into his chicken hearts.
Are these ok to use and how often?
I dont use calcium powders on his food because he doesnt like the taste and I sometimes inject his food with a liquid calcium.

p.s. Hes had the proper uvb lighting for 2 days now and he is still twitching How long does it usually take before the twitching stops?

I've used the Exo-Terra Coil Bulbs (2.0/5.0) in the past and had no problems with them...
