man i love garters, if they didnt musk me every time i held them, i would still be keeping them. here in reno i find sierra garters and valley garters, and sometimes hybrids.

hmmm,

looks like organizing my photobucket killed all the pickeringii pictures.

They are commonly called "blue garters" or "puget sound garters"
or just Thamnophis sirtalis pickeringii.

I just fixed the links in my opening post on this thread too :)
