everytime i spot clean i been finding these fur balls around his tank,what is this?is this normal?could the eco earth be doing this to his defecation?

If you feed adult rodents you'll likely find teeth in his poop too if you wanted to look that hard. The teeth and fur are the only things they can't digest.
