Hey again, Alistaire is feeling poorly.
On thursday, he had a soft stool. It was really gross. Yesterday, he only urinated, but today, another soft poo.
I plan to take him to the vet on monday if his stools don't firm back up. Is there anything else I can do?
I don't know that it had anything to so with the poo trouble, but last monday, he caught and killed a wild western toad in my yard. He did not eat it, we took it away (they're known to be toxic to dogs, didn't want him to get sick), but I wonder if maybe that has something to do with his digestive upset now. He's still eating, although he did skip a day (night before he skipped a poo) but he's known to sometimes not be hungry for a day.
