What is the size difference in a adult male and female extreme ?

i believe the male is like a foot bogger than the female im not entirely sure though

Female giants usually get about the size of an adult male b/w which is about 4-4.5' while the males are a bit over 5', i believe bobbys largest male is 5'3"
