Sexing a sub-adult 1 1/2 year old?

So I've had my b&w since the beginning of February and he was sold to me as a male from a woman off of craigslist. Up until this point I have been pretty sure he's a male, but the past few weeks I've started to rethink if Connor really is a male, or female. He seems to be developing jowls for a while now and as of 3 days ago, he's at 36". I'm not sure what month he was born in, all I know is the lady told me he was born in the spring, of the year before but he hibernated for 6-7 months so I've had to sorta just "guesstimate" his age.
I tried looking for bb's a few months ago, but I wasn't sure if they were prominent enough to really show.
I have a few pics for references.
Also, 1 pic, my face looks really dumb. He gets me into uncomfortable positions when he decides to lounge on me. Lol.

It's at that size where it will start to show one way or another male or female. Sometimes bb's are easier to feel than see, also watch when it poops for hemipenes or sperm plugs.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't sperm plugs the small amount of white build up that comes out with their feces and urine? If so, then I'm about 99% positive he is a male because I see that stuff almost everytime he goes to the bathroom.

What you're seeing as white build ups are urates. Sperm plugs are almost see-through and are long, stringy looking, and will appear at times during defection.
