Odd Behavior

So my Argentine B&W (whom I've had since January) has been acting weird lately. She walks around sniffing the air and looking at the ceiling of her enclosure almost like she's looking for something. And then when she gets to her lamp (I have a MV bulb hanging over her basking spot) she jumps at it nose first, hitting it. What the heck is she doing? I've offered her food when she does this and she's not interested, and I've opened her enclosure so she can come out but she doesn't. I've raised her lamp so she can get to it (for obvious safety reasons). Is this just some kind of tegu adolescent behavior?

No there's nothing in there. And I don't think she's looking for food because I offered her rats, a chick and some ground turkey while she was doing this and she wasn't interested. The only thing I have up there is one of those big lava rock bags that are supposed to reduce odor. Maybe that's it?
