New baby tegu doesnt want to eat..

I'v had him since the middle of January and he has only eaten once. He has been out the last few days and iv tried to feed him everything and he just wants out of the bin. I even tried to feed inside the tank! I just dont know what to do!

is he drinking water ? because i just got my tegu about a week ago and hes only eatin once as well but hes been drinking water but from what everyone is telling me is that hes in hibernation, i would say give it a couple days unless u start to see him losing weight then go to the vet
