Ok so I just added some more bedding into my tegus enclosure he is going into hibernation is this ok or should i remove it. Its now about 4inches deep is this ok?

I use 2 times the thickness of the Tegu. 6" to 8" is fine for an adult. They just need to feel secure with some weight on top of them.
