Keep up the warm baths....good long soaks. Trickle the water in the tub too. I think it triggers a sense of needing to go.
If they are becoming dehydrated or really are constipated, which happened to my male, one of the signs is that his tongue was no longer it's normal healthy pink, but instead a grey-ish color. Prob need to check with vet if that occurs.
