I got home from work today and found a crap from my tegu with a bunch of mulch in it.Should I be worried about impaction if he's passing the mulch?

Do you feed him in the enclosure? I do, I always put the food up by the basking area to keep it away from the substrate. If he's passing it I wouldn't be too concerned, keep an eye on him and make sure he still is going as often as he should be.

I would think of possibly changing the brand or type. Some Tegus will eat mulch for no reason.

Cypress mulch from lowes
I do feed him in the enclosure and he drags his food from his bowl in the mulch for some reason
