Does the same rule apply as with crickets (no bigger than the space between the eyes?) I am feeding off some of the adult males and they are pretty big.

yep, they could prolly tear it apart if needed. but my moneys on them trying to swallow it whole first. so yea, apropriate sized roaches are important.

My hatchling Extremes were eating several adult dubia males with no problem before going down for the winter. IMO they are fine to feed and can handle it.
