hybernation ending?

I wrote before and everyone told me to let her come out on her own. Two issues 1) she has been in and out the entire time. I really dont believe she has had a full hybernation properly. She has continuosly come out for water. I know this because of the movement of her moss that I keep in the cage for moisture. 2) its April 21st shouldnt she be out by now? When I look in on her shes looking at me most times now should I just turn her lights on now?

Sure, turn her lights on...

I think we should replicate the increasing heat/light of spring even if/when our Tegu is hibernating...

I think the "let her come out on her own" suggestion was meaning do not dig her up and pull her out...
