Ok, I'm about to look really stupid, but I see alot of pictures and videos of people keeping multiple tegus in the same enclosure, from hatchlings all the way up to adult sizes. Are they simply putting all their tegus in one place for a good picture, or can you actually house them together?

Many people house there Tegus together..With a very large enclosure and multiple Tegus [more than two ] . The hatchlings can be kept for some time together.. Many people keep two together with minimal problems .. You should however plan on separate enclosures as problems can and do arise .. If your Tegus needs are met chances are you will have no problems. If they feel crowded or hungry or in breeding season you can and will have problems ..
