A couple weeks ago I went out shooting to try out my new Springfield XD-M .40 and driving down the dirt road I spotted this girl and nooo I did not shoot her lol, I dont kill animals. When I got out she tucked under some bushes and I went to grab her and she did the blood squirting from the eyes thing (one of their defenses). I have never seen one do it in person and I have found many many horned lizards of just about all species that occur here. So this was quite interesting.
