So my young red tegu (Gojira) has gotten past a pissy phase and now seems to enjoy socializing. I let her out of her cage twice a day for about 20-30 min each time. She crawls around and even climbs on me and gets in my lap.
BUT she still gets fussy when I first pick her up. I try to grab from the bottom and support her legs but she tends to squirm. Any ideas?
