what type of moss should i put in my tegu's hide box.......or can i just use the coco/cypress mixture that is already in the tank and put some of it in the hide box?

what type of moss should i put in my tegu's hide box.......or can i just use the coco/cypress mixture that is already in the tank and put some of it in the hide box?

I just use the cypress, I have never used the moss, the cypress is awesome because it does not mold.
