Hi everyone, I'm Mike and I'm rescuing my first tegu in a couple of weeks. I've done a lot of research on them and they have always been my dream reptile, I have had a bearded dragon and currently have a corn snake too. From talking to the current owner, it seems Ivy ( the tegu ) can be food aggressive and apparently has not been handled in awhile, does anyone have any tips for building up initial trust with her?
