disposition of extreme giant vs b&w tegu.

Has anyone noticed a differece in the temperments of extremes vs normal black and white tegus? Or would you say its just about the same.

(I do know that each animal has a diffrent temperment, but im wondering how they compare on average)

DO male and female have different temperaments. One more tameable than other?
