can my savannah monitor live with another type of monitor?

Whats the other type of Monitor?

I have a hard time Co-Habituating the same species, let alone mixing them.

Plain and simple answer, NO. You should not mix species .

I have seen a Savannah Monitor and White Throat Monitor Co-Exist. I have also seen a White Throat and a Black Throat Co-Exist.

Black thorat's and white throat's are much alike. Both ranging in the 5-7 foot range. Sav's range in the 3-3.5 feet. It's not wise to mix species that cage get 2-3 feet longer and alot more bulckier, not to mention albig's have a really powerful jaw. White throats and black throats and both albigs. Just cause you saw a sav with a white throat doesn't mean they should be together.
