Black and white tegu size?

I have an American bread black and white femail tegu she is 13 months old. I think she is below the average size she should be for her age. She is two feet long is this a good size

short question, longer answer. She's in the range of "normal". Maybe she was not fed enough and should be bigger. Maybe that's just the right size for her.

That would largely depend on genetics and husbandry, though if she's maintaining a healthy weight I wouldn't be worried.
