Rough call. Some 13 yr-olds more mature than a 17 yr-old.
I think a proven mature responsible teen of 15+ would do well with a young Argentine to raise. Also means the parent must know about its care as well. Hope this helps.
as long as there is a parent willing to learn, observe and step in if the gu is not getting the correct care ...... Also these pets are long time commitment.
I don't I could add anything here that hasn't already been said. Only thing I would add is, if the parent would consider being part owner/caretaker of the gu.
