just wanted to know if this ok to use for a bit till i can find cypress much? or if anyone has used anything else?

that bedding is more rodent bedding and is prone to molding when wet

We use it with our snakes. It holds humidity and we haven't had a mold problem, yet. And it's easy to spot clean.

But it's way more expensive than cypress.

well there is a place by me that has the big bags for $13. and the only way i can get any cypress mulch is if i got a whole pallot
and i was only going to use it <for the winter> till places start getting there mulch in for the spring.
