I had no idea they were native. How do they live through our winters?

Not trying to get in your business AB. But take it from someone who got caught selling box turtles. Be careful who you sell them too. They are a Federally Protected species.

Box Turtles are not federally protected, however they are protected on a state level in most of the states in their natural range.

I got caught doing it. I got fined $1250 and I was shipping to a state that allowed Box turtles. I checked up on it. They are Federally Protected. The Federal government leaves it up to each state to carry out the laws themselves. I know the laws on them believe me. Your state doesn't have them so you can probably get away with it. As long as you keep them off the east coast. I'm not downing you or anything Bro . Just trying to help you keep from messing up like I did. That's all I swear.

Cool Just wanted to make sure you were aware of it. They are really good looking ones. I used to sell alot of them to a guy in Vegas. They sold like hot cakes out there.
