So ive had my red tegu for 3 mounths now and its about 4-5 mounths old and it was eating fine untill a week ago she (not sure of sex yet) wont even touch here ground turkey i tried to feed her a pinky but she left it alone she wont eat crickets and no veggies or fruit she is starting to get...
i recentally got a baby and would put her food in her cage for her to eat but now im trying to feed her in a bucket and she wont eat how can i make her eat
okay and for the uvb is a 4' repti sun 10.0 fine for her and do you know how far it should be from her because someone told me 10in and someone else said 20in[hr]
also how long should that enclouser last her
i have a red female that is 5 months old i know she cant breed now but i was planning on breeding her when would she be ready and can i breed her with a black and white argentina tegu that i will buy will be the same size when she is ready to breed
i have a 6'l by 3'h by 2.5'w cage i have it cut in half for my baby tegu she is about 20" to 22" long i was wondering if i can just let her roam around the whole cage instead of half of it
i was wondering what should my baby red tegu be on i hav him on cypress mulch but how much should i put in there i dont want to much so that she just burrows and stays there all day i dont want her to go under the mulch all day just a little bet and what should my basking spot be its 100 rite now
does she like to burrow most of the day because my new red tegu i got on march 26 burrows all day but i put food in there she will come eat and then bask then just burrows
