viv for adult tegu

is an 8ftx4ftx2.5ft viv big enough for a fully grown arg b&w tegu?? how would you guys heat a viv of that size??? im currently heating my 6x3x3 viv with ceramics above the wire mesh top. but the new viv will be all wooden. and i dont really want to have ceramics inside the viv incase the tegu...

feeding whole fish

is it ok to feed a tegu whole fish. as in head, bones, guts and scales still on???

getting my first tegu next week!!!

hows it going guys. up untill now i have kept boas and pythons. next week i shall be getting myself a 2 year old 3ft long arg b&w tegu. how big is the max size for them and how long until they reach it?? also what is the best way to pick them up?? i have always kept a few logs in my snakes...
