Ok so I saw this fun topic on another forum and thought we could start a fun thread.

Here are a few.

You know your a herper you have more than one room full of reptiles.

People refer to you as the crazy reptile lady.

You have frozen mice in your freezer.

You can't go on vacation because you can't find a reptile sitter.

The last vacation you went on was to a reptile show.

You talk sweeter to your tegu than your boyfriend.

Your reptiles get fed better than you.

You know you're a herper when:
-The only eggs in your house are in an incubator
-The bath tub is used for soaks more often than baths
-You're breeding roaches
-You've got a reptile tattoo

-you spend all day in reptile rooms
-you do endless research
-your herps ARE your boyfriends
-they take up your social life
-some friends won't come over because of snakes

- your landscaping consists of food items for the vegetarians in your collection
- there's always room for another enclosure
- you wait in line at 6am to get into the reptile show

-when you see any kind of reptile and go its so cute i want to hug it.
-When you see a reptile and go crazy but if you see a fuzzy creature and just look at it and think my reptile can eat that.
-you see a mouse and think thats reptile food
