i have a 6'l by 3'h by 2.5'w cage i have it cut in half for my baby tegu she is about 20" to 22" long i was wondering if i can just let her roam around the whole cage instead of half of it

She will be fine in the entire cage. Just make sure the temps are right.

okay and for the uvb is a 4' repti sun 10.0 fine for her and do you know how far it should be from her because someone told me 10in and someone else said 20in

I believe the Repti sun 10.0 are recommended to be 20" away or less. The enclosure should last until she is about 3' or so.
