my bigger red tegu(rosy) was constantly pushing all of the substrate from one side of the tank to another and filling up her water bowl with it everyday. so just recently i took it all out and put in rep carpet till i can figure out what to do with her/him.i was wondering if it is hazardous to their health if i dont have anything like soil/cypress in there? i do still mist her cage and give her baths often. and i have a hide box filled with moss to keep a humid hide.
