You can either one, raise the substrate, or two lower the lights, so no it shouldnt be a problem...you just get more room to mess with. Id suggest just raising the substrate. Any pics?
i was thinking about making a second layer and housing a blue tounge skink i could adopt from someone i know but i dont think it would work out considering BTS needs low humidity and a tegu needs high humidity
