So check this out. I woke up this morning and got into this little argument with my girlfriend, we settled the dispute and I went to check on Charles.. Now this is where it got interesting for me. I put my hand in his cage and he charged me several times with his mouth open and tried to attack me! I let him bite me so he knew I wasn't a threat.. I calmed him down after a while and he was completely normal. After I put him away, it hit me.. Could he sense that I was annoyed or a little mad when I stuck my hand in there and that is why he attacked? That's amazing! That shows you how intellectual Tegus are. I learn something everyday with him/her.. I still don't know yet lol
