So I'm picking up my Blue lad either tonight or tomorrow and i was just wondering how long i should leave him be in his enclosure before i start making friends with him? I don't Wanna stress him out, but i don't want him to get a bit feral if I'm leaving him alone.

Different approaches, and individuals react differently. Maintenance and watching start immediately. +\- a few days, I'd give him a week before petting, etc. Don't forget used shirt in his hide box. Post pics. Be neat to see him.
