So i am new here! Will post pictures when she is done acclamating to her new home. I have my new baby red tegu, the lady at the vivarium sexed her as female which was surprising because its so young. Im using an 80 gallon for now, i mist to keep humidity at 70%~100%, basking spot is 115 ish ( too hot?) Cool side gets to 70 degrees. Shes got a nice water dish and cypress mulch substrate. I have had her for just 4 days now, she has not come out since discovering her moss filled hide, which contains its own humidity. Any comments much appreciated. I will post size and weight soon.
