I just got the second of my blue tegus from Ty today. The male I've had for a little over a week now. Both are starting off great with good personalities. I'd highly recommend Ty as a breeder to anyone considering a reptile that he breeds!

They are both a little flighty in the cage but allow us to handle them. The male constantly tried to bury himself in whatever he can find as soon as he is out of the cage. Anyone experience this? Do they grow out if that phase?

Here are a couple more pics...

Just thought I'd inform you lol. I as well as multiple other people have bought tegus probed as a certain gender and they've turned out the other. Don't count your tegus as a gender before they mature :).

Here is an update on my two blue gu's. The male is 210g and the female is 173g today. Both are nice and full off some Atlantic salmon, egg, and ground goose from hare today.

And just for fun, here is my BD enjoying some heat in our downstairs lizard warming station.
