www.quolibet.nl/‎ is the only breeder of blue tegu's in holland. you have two more in the UK and one in Germany, they often go to (in dutch) "reptielenbeurzen" in germany and holloand.
ive got mine from quolibet. very good and trusted breeder.

And she is a member here under the username Renske. This is an old thread, but it will have her profile and contact info. She has gorgeous animals and takes very special care of them. I highly recommend her. You also have Chris Smith in the UK, but I don't think he has hatchlings at this point. I believe Stuart Hoyle is in the UK as well.
