i have fixtures for the inside of my cage but how do i get power to them ??? i mean the fixtures have 2 screws ......do i cut a extension cord and hook up the exposed wire to the screws ??? it would be set up like my normal basking lights can anyone give me advice as to how to wire the fixtures...
thanks for the reply .... im thinking he hatched sometime this year im gonna call the place i got him from and see if they know i know since i got him he has grown quick i need to start planning for a bigger cage so im guessing he is growing fine :D
my colombian is the same way as your buddy's the only thing mine is that she/he likes to explore around so i have to watch her other than that i can do pretty much what ever with her
hey just wondering if anyone have an idea how old my tegu can be she is about 16 inches right now and just finished shedding so i want to know a rough idea thanks

ok so i have a question .... my tegu when i rub down or touch his tail whre the body meets he puffes and and wants to get away ....and there is time when im holding him and his tails and he doesnt care he had never been agressive with me but when i touch his tail the bulky part he seems to throw...
sometimes some shows go overboard ... take it like pittbull's i mean they have a bad rep and there are proven cases out there that pitts have killed it all depends on how well u take care of the animal and raise it i know of people that own pittbulls and they are like labby's

here is my columbian tegu he is very tame so far no problems with him he or she has a very interesting personality my tegu likes to explore alot enjoy
