HI so I'm wondering if Biggin will Hibernate. He's not showing any signs of slowing down and keeps eating like there is no tomorrow. I guess my question is when would be the latest he would want to hibernate if he's going to even do it at all???

Info for those that don't know Biggin, He's a 4month old Extreme B&W from Bobby Hill.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yea Biggin is up early and out all day as well. He eats like always and is even more active now wanting out multi. times a day to run around the house. He's not showing any aggresion, just a big ole baby wanting to snuggle up next to your warm body.

Oh and I live in Minneapolis MN so it's already cold and the snow will b here soon so I thought that might slow him down sooner than those in the south.. nope lol

Mine is from the same clutch as yours. I keep light and heat on for 12 hrs a day and never change it. He has not been slowing down either. He still is a little off after being without power for the last week, but I put the timers back to normal now. He got very cold a few times and I will keep a close eye on him. Before the storm, he was eating like a hamster ;) at a Chinese buffet.

It is still possible for him to go down. There is no time limit on hibernation, it is impossible to know unless you cut back lights and heat and try to force them into it.
