What AM I??????

Can anyone tell what type of tegu this is? It recently took him in from one of my friends who couldnt keep him any longer. My friend wasnt very informed about his pet and only knew he was a tegu. I am a ball python keeper and have plenty of snake experience, but this is my first tegu and after a lot of research I cant seem to find any pics of a tegu that has the same colors as this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the horrible pic but whenever I get close to his temporary holding tank he jolts to the hide.

It looks like a blue, from the picture hue anyway. Without a picture of the face i can't be 100%.

I will try and get a pic of the face soon. He is very scared and always runs away into his hide.

That is a blue, I can see the color, tear drop, and the black nose, it is a blue.

Wow, this is the first time I have ever seen blue on a blue tegu. That is one beautiful lizard!

Even though I would love to keep this beautiful animal, I just dont have the sufficient space to provide it with a large enough enclosure.

I will be posting her in the classifieds section if any of you are interested. Lets hope we can find her a good home.
