I am interested in adopting a tegu, genus Salvator (red tegu, argentine b&w, unsure about yellows since I havent seen people keeping them as pets), however I live in Europe, specifically in Finland, and there are no breeders or tegu rescues in the country.
I would like some pointers for reputable tegu breeders and rescues based in Europe. Are there any, and if yes what are peoples experiences with them?
I am also curious about TegusOnly, but the site is down (or removed??) and the YouTube and Facebook haven't been updated since 2020. Are they still active, or have they quit?
