It needs to see a Vet.

MBD depending on how severe or early it's caught can be corrected in some cases. It's young and seems to be having issues with just it's front right leg so it could be an injury instead of MBD. On top of that you need to rule out poss parasites and RI which will only make its recovery more difficult if it does have them.

Until it gets to a Vet keep water available and give it a bath to help rehydrate. If it's hungry and eats offer small meals more often as opposed to one large or decent sized. You don't want to add more stress on his system from one large meal.

From here on out everything he eats should have calcium in it. If you have some chicken legs in the freezer you can cut up a few, bones and all and add it to his meals. When you get a chance pick up some chicken backs, necks or even turkey backs or necks since they have more bone than meat. If turkey make sure they're small unless you have a butcher or some way to process it and get it into smaller pieces.

Depending on where you are try and get him out side or some where to bask in natural sunlight. I went through a similar situation this summer with Natsuki. With those three things, Natural Sun, Hydration and Food w/calcium you should see an improvement over night but it needs to see a Vet.
