my tegu and beardie like to hang out with eachother. is that weird? i know i would never put my tegu with my beardie when my tegu is bigger (cause he might try to eat him) but they seem really chill with each other. i alwyas watch them when i put them together (which is on rare occasions) i mean they were chilling under the light together and then my tegu accidently pushed my beardie off her perch and the beadie just climbed back up all whatever.

also side question, sometimes when i take the tegu out to hold him hes ok and sits on my shoulder or head and just chills but other times he'll try to jump off me and onto ground to go run around (maybe he doesn't like me? hes never tried to bite or hiss at me though) when i do let him roam in my room for a bit, hes fine but when i go to pick him up to put him back in his cage he gets all runny and tries to escape and doesn't want me picking him up, but i dont wanna freak him out. he lets me pet him and stuff and take him out of his cage, but only after hes been out of his cage for a while that he gets all freaked out and trying to run away, i dont know what to do. im just afraid of him getting lost in my room cause hes still little

Tegus just don't like being held. They like being in control of their own movements. They would much rather crawl around on you than sit still in your hand.

WRT the first part, no its not weird. I've had tegus and beardies that got along fine before. Its not something I would recommend people trying though unless they are experts and know all the animals involved very well.
