Sleepy Lizards

Hi All,
My two two year old Egyptian Uros have started acting very sleepy this past week. Jaw and leg movement seems fine when they are awake and out of their cage, they have UV light, and seem alert when they are awake, but they sleep almost all the time now!
Anyone have any suggestions?

Your temperatures high enough? What do you feed?

Lots of different kinds of greens, and their temps havent changed

Do you have a way to measure the temps?
What types of greens? Some have better nutritional value than others.
