Should i still be worried?

My tegu seemed to have gotten a small prolapse today but I noticed it almost immediately when it happened. I gave her a warm bath and she relieved her self and it seems to be gone.
should I keep a close eye on her or should she be all good now?

Keep an eye on her. Mildly cool sugar baths are what's usually prescribed for prolapses, but I don't know if you're supposed to continue them once it's seemed to go away. It's GREAT that you noticed it early on! I'd suggest keeping up with a daily bath for a week or two, and see if it either comes back, or anything changes.
