watching 24 hour restaurant make over i think thats what its called with robert irvine. he fond a huge roll of adhesive thin metal sheeting ($112 looked to be enough to cover an 8x4x4 not sure, also not sure if it was whole sale or retail) to cover a wooden bar to give it a "dinner" look would this work for an enclosure too? or would it retain to much heat? THEN MY CAGE WOULD LOOK LIKE IT BELONGS IN CHIPOTLE!!!! (love that place)

lol! I love that show.
I think it would be fine so long as you have plenty of ventilation. I can't see how it would bother anything.
And thanks for reminding me of Chipotle!! There aren't any where I live now, so I get cravings. :p

Where aren't there chipotle s Alaska? Lol. I think the metal look would make it look good, not give it a dusted wood look.

This should give you an idea,.. there was another guy on here who made one using metal. I remember seeing the frame but don't remember if he finished it or switched up or not.

This thread is on this site as well but I guess the pics were lost when we switched servers.

Wow that one looks cool! Neeko, if you do anything similar remember to do at least 8x4, I might even go 8x5 for a giant. Gary and Rango share an 8x5 and I think that extra foot of depth really really helps.
