Remodel my enclosure

Enclosure is 6x3x3 but height diminishes toward back of enclosure to about 1.5. PVC on all sides except front which is sliding glass. Three large long vent screens on top rear on shortest end. Two small vent screens on either end of top at tallest end. Should show in the pics. Right now I have a large double some sitting on top of the far side large vent with a big MVB and a CHE in it. And I have a long fluorescent straddling the other two large vents. Enclosure has about 6" of mulch/soil/coco husk/peat moss substrate throughout. Huge log about 3 feet long sits under his MVB. He also uses this as a hide. I have a half log on the other side that I intended for a cooler temp hide, but he never uses it. Also on cool side are two large ceramic bowls, one for water and another for snacks that can't climb out of it. Scattered throughout are little fake plants and some flat rocks.

What would you guys change? I'm wondering about getting rid of some of the fake plants and maybe the second hide to make it flatter. Is it bad that he is naturally inclined to use the log on the warm side as his hide? Maybe shift it to the cool side and set up some other basking platform? Maybe some larger flat rocks that can absorb the heat. Speaking of heat, it doesn't get as warm as it should. What lights would you add and where? Would it be worth it to set up a light inside of the enclosure that would hang on the tall side? Finally, what are people's thoughts about automatic musters? I always wake my girl when I go to use the pump sprayer in the morning to add humidity.

you can try adding another light and using a piece of slate tile as a basking spot, it heats up really well and will make it warmer. I dont think automastic misters are really necessary.
