Quick sealant help!!!

I'm at home depot right now looking for a safe sealant for my next enclosure, help fast!! Lol. A guy recommended an outdoor paint and primer mix. Any tips? Or pointers what not to get??

From everything i read on the forum,i hear this stuff called "Drylok" works best as a sealant on tegu enclosures.
