Question about mbd

I am waiting for my new bulb in three mail which was supposed to be here a week ago. My lizard has been without uvb for a week. Would it be too risky to wait for the new bulb out should I get a new one? Id also like to know how long it takes for mbd to develop. Thanks

He's a hatchling so no not really, but good idea

A hatchling can go outside just the same as any other age tegu. Make a small pen that he can't escape.
