outdoor or indoor enclosure

i live in santa rosa, the weather here is mostly cool during spring but in summer-fall its really hot than going back to really cold in winter so should it be an outdoor or indoor enclosure

.... spring it occaisonaly rains and the temps are ususaly 48-56 in the morning and the temps at mid day are 68-75 and nightimes are 40-55
summer temps are 50-60 in the morning at midday it can be from 75-100 and at night its 50-65 fall temps are 40-60 midday is 68-75 and night time is 40-50
winter is when we start getting rain again the temps are 40-45 midday is 50-60 and night is 30-40
these temps are farenhieght
